Upon investigating these claims, we discovered that, in many cases, the customers had unfortunately purchased from fraudulent websites impersonating our brand. These scam websites mimic our website’s look and feel, making it appear as though they are official VoroMotors sites. Unfortunately, because Voro has some of the largest website traffic in the electric PEV space, scammers are targeting customers, particularly those who might not be as tech-savvy.

We want to take this opportunity to raise awareness about the rise of these fraudulent sites and offer some tips to protect yourself. If you ever come across a website that looks suspicious or claims to be VoroMotors, please be cautious before making a purchase. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience or confusion caused by these scams and are actively taking steps to combat this issue.

2. Always make sure you’re on the official VoroMotors website: www.voromotors.com. Be cautious of sites like www.voromoto.com or www.voromotor.com (without the ‘S’).
3. Look for the SSL certificate lock icon next to the URL, which indicates that the website is secure. However, if you’re using a private server, the situation might be different.
